White
- Description
It is made from Airén, a high-yielding white variety that produces light, fruity wines that are easy to drink. The grapes are destemmed and taken to pneumatic presses where the must is extracted and then cooled and decanted, separating the cleanest part. The clean must is then transferred to stainless steel tanks where it begins to ferment at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC for about 7 days. The wine is then racked again, separating the wine from the lees and left until bottling after clarification, stabilisation and filtration.
