To make this wine, once the grapes have reached optimum ripeness, the Tempranillo grapes are harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. These grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at medium temperatures and maceration to obtain a very aromatic and pleasant wine. Finally, with malolactic fermentation, we obtain smoothness and unctuousness. The wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for 6 months.
