Pata Negra Rioja Reserva is made from a selection of the best grapes, fermented in contact with their skins for approximately 20 days in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. We then carry out the malolactic fermentation and subsequently rack and age the wine for 30 months in American and French oak barrels. It will end up resting in our bottle racks, refining its unmistakable characteristics.
