To make this Jaume Serra Red wine we use Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo grapes. The grapes are first destemmed and crushed and then macerated for six days with the must, extracting the desired colour and tannins to obtain a medium-bodied wine. The wine is then devatted to continue fermenting in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 23-25ºC.
