Antaño Crianza is obtained from a careful selection of grapes, with which fermentation is carried out in contact with the skins, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC. From this we obtain a wine with an exceptional aptitude for ageing and after malolactic fermentation it is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months. After the ageing period in barrel and bottle, it acquires a roundness and a balance between fruit and wood that make it more than a classic Rioja Crianza.
