This wine is made from selected grapes of the Moscatel variety. The grapes are destemmed and placed in self-emptying vats at 12ºC where the skins are macerated and the must is decanted. After 8 hours, the grapes are devatted by gravity and pressed very gently. The resulting must is racked and fermented at a low temperature (14-16ºC) in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is racked, clarified and filtered before bottling.
