The fruit is harvested with the utmost care, the grapes arriving at the winery intact.
Subsequently, it is destemmed and crushed and after a slight skin maceration,
for the extraction of its aromatic potential, the virgin must is drained and racked by gravity. Finally, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16-18ºC with strict temperature control, racked and stabilised to preserve all its aromas and freshness until it is bottled.
