Rosé

The grapes used are Tempranillo and Carignan varieties. First it is destemmed and crushed. Then the skins macerate with the must, thus extracting the desired colour and aromas and is devatted after about six hours. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel vats under strict temperature control until all the sugars have been removed.

The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
